This is a white, crystalline and granular solid, which is highly soluble. This is an inorganic compound that is also utilized as dietary supplement and laxative. It is also applicable for the energy storage, osteoclastic activities, regulating serum, osteoblastic and calcium concentrations. It enables the reabsorption of sodium ions.
